Refund Policy

Given the extremely perishable and sensitive nature of our products, all sales are considered final.

No refund will be issued if the delivery arrives later than expected unless damage to your product occurs.  If the courier is unable to access your home or building, or if no one is available to receive your order, they will make an attempt to call or text you. If contact cannot be made, the courier will determine whether it’s appropriate to leave the delivery in a safe location or return it to the sender. If your order is returned to us due to unavailability at the time of delivery, no refund will be issued .

No refund will be issued for ice packs that leak or burst inside your package during transit. Our ice packs are 100% safe and non-toxic and will easily wash off of the sealed bottles if refrigerant gel is found. We do not freeze our juice or ship it with dry ice, so please ensure your juices are quickly brought inside once delivered. Please do not delay refrigeration for any reason.

No refund will be issued for having a negative experience with our products. Everyone is different, and each person may react differently to our juices or juice cleanses. Numerous factors such as personal taste, diet, activity level, and medical history are just a few of many variables that will determine your experience with our products.

No refund will be issued if you are unsatisfied with your personal expectations or goals from using our products. Generational Rootz LLC does not make medical or health claims of any kind regarding the use of the products listed on this site. We do not guarantee weight loss, health improvement, or any other change. You should consult with a healthcare professional before starting any diet, exercise, supplementation or medication program.

If your order arrives incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can quickly take the most appropriate action to remedy the mishap. In most cases, we will issue a partial refund if we make a mistake with your order. We will not re-ship missing items to remedy incomplete or incorrect orders totaling less than $100 in value. Please check that you have received the correct products and refrigerate them as soon as possible.
