My Journey to Cold-Pressed Juice

My journey into wellness began in 2021, shortly after I welcomed my third child. It was a challenging time—my body was covered in the worst eczema breakout I'd ever experienced, affecting nearly half of my skin. My newborn also had small patches of eczema, and we were both uncomfortable. I knew it was time for a radical change, so I eliminated processed foods, store-bought laundry detergents, alcohol, fragrances, sugar, and more.

Taking a deep dive into ancestral living, I learned to create many things on my own, grow my food, raise chickens, and explore the world of adaptogens. Cold-pressed juice became my secret to healing from the inside out. My first juice cleanse transformed my health, and I knew I had to share my story.

In July 2024, I was laid off from my job of 11 years, which felt like the universe giving me a nudge. It was time to follow my passion—teaching my community about the health benefits of cold-pressed juice, herbs, herbal elixirs, and adaptogens. That’s how my wellness journey began, and now, I’m here to help others find their path to healing and vitality!
