Cold-Pressed Within 24 Hours: As soon as we bring the produce back from the market, we get to work. Our cold-pressing process starts immediately, ensuring that the nutrients and flavors are preserved in every bottle. Within 24 hours of being harvested, our juices are freshly pressed and ready for delivery.

To enjoy the full nutritional benefits and delicious taste, it's important to consume them within 3 days of delivery.

If you're unable to consume your juices within the initial 3-day period, don't worry! You can extend their freshness by freezing them. Our juices stay good in the freezer for up to 90 days, allowing you to enjoy their benefits at your convenience.

• Freezing: Place your unopened juice bottles in the freezer as soon as possible. Make sure the caps are tightly sealed to prevent leaks.
• Thawing: When you're ready to enjoy your juice, move the bottle to the refrigerator and let it thaw and consume within 24-48 hours. Shake well before consuming to ensure the juice is well-mixed. Discard of any juice not consumed within 48 hours of thawing.

We do our best to deliver all orders between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM ET. If you won’t be home during that window, we kindly ask that you leave a cooler with ice on your doorstep so we can place your fresh juice inside to keep it cold until you return.

All of our juices are 100% fresh with no preservatives and must be kept below 41°F to maintain quality and prevent foodborne illness.

If we arrive and no one is home — and no cooler is available — our courier will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you and delivery cannot be completed, your order will be returned to Generational Rootz. Because our juices are highly perishable, refunds cannot be issued for unsuccessful deliveries.

WARNING: This product is not pasteurized and, therefore, may contain harmful bacteria that can cause serious illness in children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems.

NUT ALLERGIES: This product does/may contain coconut. This product is produced in a facility that also processes tree nuts. Most juices contain Coconut Water which contains coconut.
